Metra bans laminated passes to deter counterfeiting

Posted by tapsihapsi - August 29th, 2011

Laminated passes are now banned by Metra. (Submitted photo)

Conductors started delivering the wake-up call to Metra passengers bright and early Friday: If you want to ride, don’t laminate your monthly passes.

Metra will no longer accept passes that have been laminated because the plastic coating thwarts the tickets’ anti-counterfeiting features, the agency said.

Global resorts network Analyze

Posted by tapsihapsi - August 29th, 2011

Global resorts network is an Arizona based company that gives a company opportunity marketing a lifetime luxury travel membership this is a low priced option to owning a timeshare or condo or paying market rates for hotel stays. The membership permits one week stays at four and five star resorts around the globe at vacation hotspots for bargain prices of $298 to $799 each week.

I compared travel reservations with Expedia, Travelocity and Hotels.com and it is not uncommon for Global Resorts booking at to run between $1,500 and $2,300 at the other travel sites. The $298 8 day/7 night stay is a component from the Hot Weeks specials and includes paradise destinations like Hawaii, Barbados, the Bahamas, trinidad and Greece. I ensured to utilize exactly the same travel dates in each comparison.

Global Resorts pays a $1,000 to the representative who makes the $2,095 sale for that lifetime travel membership. Exactly the same package has been in existence for over 20 years and contains sold at as up to $10,000. If you’re considering joining the Global resorts network program being an affiliate, think about the person you join with as a tour guide. Find someone that is actively training their teammates to make certain your adventure with GRN is really a profitable journey.

The membership has a wide selection of 4 and 5 star luxury resorts and condo rentals to select from, as well as the value is there but to generate money you need to have good marketing in place. There are many travel opportunities like MOR Vacations which looks similar. Personally the fact that the Global Resorts membership has been in existence for so very long makes me feel more confident in regards to the long term stay.

Most fail at an internet business simply because they can’t put the puzzle together.

Achievement in different MLM demands creating a productive plan.

BOLSHOI BALLET: The Nutcracker Sun, Dec 18 at 1pm

Posted by tapsihapsi - August 28th, 2011

Sunday, December 18, 2011   1 pm

Drosselmeyer, a timeless magician and creator of mechanical toys and clocks, was once employed in a royal palace where he invented a trap that killed off half the mouse population. In revenge the wicked Queen of the Mice cast a spell over Drosselmeyer’s nephew, Hans- Peter, which transformed him into an ugly Nutcracker Doll. The only way to break the spell was for the Nutcracker to slay the Mouse King, thereby committing an act of great bravery, and for a young girl to love and care for him in spite of his awful appearance.

How do I sell a rare piece of art? What if it has damage?

Posted by tapsihapsi - August 24th, 2011

I own a rare piece of art, dating back to 1450a.d. , It is a Pisanello medallion. I have authentication paperwork and appraisal, but since it has scratches on it, no one seems interested. Where else can I try to find a museum or collector that may be interested.
